Have anyone seen a plastic surgery which wasn't botched and the patient looks better after the surgery?

To this day, I've never ever seen one if somebody is trying to look younger than their actual age.

I guess this shit would fall under body dysmorphia. I feel bad for them that they really think they somehow look better after having their faces butchered.
