They look like tonsil stones. You have to get to the doctor immediately and have him or her remove them and put you on antibiotics.
I don't think so, I'm rather a sick purveyor of tonsil stone vids, and I've never seen a single case where they appear to be coming from anywhere other than the tonsils.
