I believe her name isn't Joan, but Suzanne. Someone claiming to know her IRL said that on that one huge thread about her. Joan was her deceased mother or something, if I remember well. Anyway, that's pretty fucked up.  Wonder if that girl is still alive.

I am a Psychiatric Counselor at a hospital where woman similar to her come in quite often. Not to this degree but intense none the less. A large amount of the patients have schizophrenia and the "voices" are cause or reaction. It is always hard to see someone in such mental pain.
