Holy Fuck! I find that far more shocking than somebody blown apart by a bomb. She must have some serious head issues.

A book I just read, Tuktuk To The Road, about 2 girls driving a tuk tuk from Bangkok to London, one of the authors has some horrendous scars up her arms, from several years of depressive self harm mutilation, but nowhere near what the nutter in these pics has.
