Anorexia is one of the strangest diseases to me. My sister had/has it & it's just crazy how they see themselves. She was dying & emaciated like this skeleton chick & yet still convinced she was fat. Wtf?

Mind you, the only reason being fat would bother them is cuz of societal expectations.

Back in the day, American hippo lard-arses would not have been seen as unattractive as they are today.
