This definitely not a morgue. It is an Operating Room. The table is definitely an operating table. It is a pretty dangerous and potentially fatal thing to do to a sedated patient though.

Embalming fluid is introduced via the femoral artery in the inner thigh. It requires the largest artery so it can more easily disperse through the bloodstream. I dont think this woman is dead. Morgues don't have monitoring equipment...the "patients" are all DEAD.
