Embalming fluid is a pink color...and the table she's on is not an embalming table... It's an IV so he could heavily sedate her... Looking at the xrays...It looks more like a dentist office/O.R. to me and there is usually only one assistant for dental surgery... Once they were finished... The assistant probably left... And Chester the Molester took over... Just my opinion though...
