I really hate spiders, so these really creep me out. Here are six different images that show people who have wounds that were caused by spiders.

Yeah, that looks to me like the brown recluse. Their bite causes necrosis and leaves really deep horrific scars. As far as I know there's no true cure to stop the necrosis once it starts. The second picture doesn't look like a bite from a brown recluse though - the bite is usually localized to one specific area whereas that "wound" is all over the arm (looks more like a burn wound or skin cancer!).

My son's speech therapist was bitten week before last by an unidentified spider. The wound is already bad enough that the docs are having to pack it with gauze/cotton. I know it has to smart like a beyotch.
