It's real. I was on BME for years and there are plenty of vids and pics of people doing similar things. Lots of dicks and balls being removed....looks just like what I've seen before. It's some people's thing. They just don't feel like that part belongs there and they want it gone. Other people will remove fingers, toes, even entire arms, feet.....any body part.

Parts of these BME videos are obviously fakes; since when does a scrotum contain fucking jelly beans which can be popped out of it??????
