I dont think its fake. I think it is very real. Notice one of the guys has tied and bound his package, that will cause it to go numb and make it painless to cut off. The ones that arent bound are probably sailing so high on their choice of drugs that pain isnt even a dim flicker in their minds. There are some screwed up people in the world I dont find it hard to believe at all. Just feel bad for those guys because one day they will regret it, cutting your stuff off is a one time act, that obviously they get off on, but can never repeat. One day they will be sorry for doing it.
