I know I was joking dude  Even 10mg straight can be a bit much for some (although not in this dude's case!) We usually give it in 2mg increments IV until the pain has gone. 100mg would usually only be given in an infusion with normal saline usually made up to 100ml |

Insane. Looks like it was tied off and they were prepping him for surgery. He's lucky he made it that far without losing too much blood.
