Worked with a guy in the air force who snagged a finger on an edge of metal caused by an over-torqued nut. Went through his index finger and up his arm much like this. He was lucky not to lose his arm. Yup, MRSA.

It would be cheaper but imagine lacking a hand and most of an arm. Pretty inconvenient.

I think his stomach is where the skin grafts came from for his arm, maybe it's just how they attach it?
