Worked with a guy in the air force who snagged a finger on an edge of metal caused by an over-torqued nut. Went through his index finger and up his arm much like this. He was lucky not to lose his arm. Yup, MRSA.

I think his stomach is where the skin grafts came from for his arm, maybe it's just how they attach it?
