Re: Severe Diabetic Foot Ulceration
I have had type 2 diabetes for 20 years, I have no problems ( as yet) but I know it can bite you on the arse, its all about good control and exercise , I do have a dessert or sweets sometimes, a healthy diet for a diabetic is a diet everyone should follow, I feel a lot more healthy than I did 20 years ago.

Re: Severe Diabetic Foot Ulceration
I've been recently diagnosed with T2DM. I check my blood sugar and exercise, but dietary changes are also very important. I can tell when my blood sugar is messed up when my feet start to tingle and hurt. When I'm a very good boy, my feet feel normal. I guess some people can't stop eating or drinking (alcohol is terrible for diabetics). I hated giving up booze, but my feet and blood sugar love me for it. |
