wasn't this an Iraqi girl, she came to the US and had surgeries and looks a whole lot better. her chin is no longer attached to her chest.
She is an Indonesian girl who pulled a pan of boiling oil over herself when she was a kid. There is a documentary of her going to the USA and having a bunch of operations to fix her up.
