total self mutilation.. Pain threshold factor, I give him an 8.5 out of 10. Guy literally has balls of steel. Notice he was using a scalpel blade ONLY. Wheres the scalpel blade handle that should be attached prior to surgery? His suture technique is terrible too. He was sewing himself up like he was stitching some clothing together.
