Same here. Mine isn’t nearly as deformed as this patient, but I hurt like hell from it if I’m upright for too long. I have to take sitting or lying down breaks all day. I still don’t think I’d be willing to undergo surgery. You know this patient feels SO much better!

This operation went terribly wrong with a friend of mine. They also gave her the wrong meds after the operation causing coma as a side effect. After waking from the coma she is in a weelchair for life. She sued the hospital and recieved 5000 euro's.....What a world.

I've had my back fused after 3 other surgeries. I have Degenerative disc disease. 11years down the road...another disc has now herniated and I'm developing scoliosis. These surgeries are very painful and it takes about 3 months to recover from but I deal with a life full of pain and NEED to get another surgery.

Fascinating.I like how they fidget, fidget, and fidget with levers and rod, then voila! The rod and spine were straight.

Waking up during any surgery is a nightmare, but I feel like this would be among the worst.
