Jesus Christ, what an absolute nutter! Probably safe to say that the victim is either going to die or be a vegetable for the rest of his life.

Why are they all sleeping on the floor? There are bunk beds but they have stripped the mattresses.

load of drug addicts are turned into schizo's so putting them together into one room and you get trouble sooner or later. bet the reason for this attack was over a silly thing.

Re: Russia - Drug Addict Hits Sleeping Dude With Dumbbell
Why not use the bunk beds....Accidents? I am just guessing here, but maybe the facility took all the mattresses off the bunks (especially the upper bunks) so that there wouldn't be any accidents. Such as people climbing up & down to the upper bunks & risk falling in the process....breaking their heads or legs, etc. More Accidents.... There is also the other accidents to consider. While withdrawing you get bowel & tummy issues. Again, the patient would be climbing up & down (in the upper bunks) just to get to the potty.....or worse. Losing control of your bowels, urine, or vomiting. If I was in the lower bunk.....I'd hate to have all this going on above me. Why not use the lower bunks? I'd think to be fair to everyone & keep all patients even Steven....planting all patients on the floor would be in all fairness the best way to go about treatment & sleeping arrangements. Especially if there were a limited number of "lower" bunk spaces. Who'd be lucky enough to get a lower bunk? No one! This remedies the fighting over who gets a lower bunk space. Especially if the facility has vermin & roaches. You never know? Anyway, the facility likely felt for safety issues & to keep squabbling to a minimum, it'd just be better to plant all mattresses in a tile like fixture, in the middle of the floor, as we used to do in kindergarten. That was, until someone decided to go sleepwalking & grab a heavy weight.... & bean the patient next to him in the noggin with that "said weight"...holey moley! |
