An elderly woman in the state of Goias, Brazil has a rotting foot with a flip flop on. It could be diabetes, known to lead to restriction of blood flow to the extremities. There is a subsequent loss of feeling in the foot and fungus can take over.    |

There’s a whole lot of insects that have made her leg their new home.  I thought I heard him ask her if she’s been to the hospital. She said, no.
