This starts out as a simple heat rash we have all had them. When you are over weight or live in hot humid environments it can be hard to control it can spread quickly around the legs and back towards the anus causing fishers among other things. You guys are making comments about how easy it would be to control Lamacil is the primary antibiotic used it may clear it up for a couple of weeks. Anyone of you who has been in a jungle environment understands how quickly this can become a real issue and the pain burning and itching that go along with it. Walking for days in wet jungle boots will bring on the same issues. People who have had rotator cuff surgery suffer from this exact thing often as there is no way to move the arm allowing air flow under the arm pit.
