I think it's just oil in the pores, before it becomes a blackhead. Now they need to use an astringent and close 'em up!

I think it's just oil in the pores, before it becomes a blackhead. Now they need to use an astringent and close 'em up!
Would pure rubbing alcohol work? Most astringents have a large amount of alcohol in them

I use Witch Hazel as an astringent before/after shaving. It would work well for this application as well.

I've heard of using Witch Hazel, or Sea Breeze. I guess alcohol would work!
