I don't understand...there's no way a dildo could get so stuck that it couldn't be removed via speculum and forceps (heck, no matter the size of the dildo it should be able to be removed simply via pushing and the assistance of fingers or forceps), unless it was forced in past the cervix and into the uterus, which is practically impossible unless the cervix was dilated. Unless, of course, what we're witnessing is more of an episiotomy than an abdominal incision...still though, I don't see what they would have to cut the vagina to get something as small as a dildo out.

That's scary as doesn't that type of vibrator spin it's head?
