It looks like they made a new vagina in order to remove the vibrator. Why not just shove the fist up her existing vagina to retrieve it though?

I thought they were opening her cervix?

It was in there backwards. I think that's why they couldn't grab it.

It isn't backwards and that's not her vagina that it came out of. Looks like they were cutting like with a C section so they were pulling it out from above like just below her belly button.
