OMG i can sympathise with this totally :( wanna know the killer thing? The ingrowing toenail will come back. I have no toe nails on my big toes or my little toes. I've had re occurring ingrowing toe nails on my big toes all my life and i dig them out when they start to hurt. I use a crochet needle, a nail file, nail clippers and tweezers. This hurts like fuck and i pull the whole nail off and i don't leave any on there. Think that it's probably become a obsessive with with me now cos when i had it repaired professionally and the toe nail started to grow back properly i could feel the nail against my socks and it made me feel physically sick
