answer to 1st question - let's hope not. i'm combining what others here have said said and figure I must have some of it right by saying: maybe the pictures are of 3rd world homeless drug addicts that are dead.

answer to 2nd question - maggots don't move that fast. they probably would be easy to catch. but why would you want to catch any?

How do you allow those to grow? Seriously, these people are either old as fuck, immobile, or mentally handicapped. How does someone allow dozens on maggots to thrive in/on/or around their tongue. Discusting!
