On one of the animal cop shows there was one dog that had a two truck-type chain around his neck (VERY thick chain). The shelter cut it off, they nursed the dog back tp full health...and had to put him down because he showed too much aggression when the vets performed one of the tests do to see in an animal is suitable to be fostered or adopted.  |

She is, but, she needs some eyebrows we can see. She can use the taupe. I don't know if they make blonde eyebrow pencils. |
