I hate when people talk shit about Accutane:
Did you personally take it and did it fuck up your liver or kidney's or joints or anything else??
No, of course not. Perhaps a TINY percentage of Accutane users experience some bad side effects... but for millions of people it's a miracle drug.
All the Accutane fear mongering is bullshit coming from ignorant people and sources.

I don't know if it would help these severely disfiguring acne cases but I don't see why it wouldn't... and it definitely couldn't hurt.
I'd rather take it and have it kill me than live looking like that (and having the disfiguring scars afterwards).

I took two courses of it for just "normal" cystic acne and my skin is amazing now.
