He'll be redeployed in a few weeks, Putin needs all the help he can get. The guy can be cannon fodder at the front lines, drawing the Ukrainian fire with his wheelchair.

I've read in books on the American Civil War that a really good surgeon could amputate an arm or a leg in just 8 seconds. Fuck me!  |

In all actuality, yes, it would deaden all the nerves to where he wouldn’t feel a thing. Much easier with a local than putting him to sleep.  |
