i've seen that shape gall stones many times. It's uncommon, but I've seen it on a few different cases.

They actually look like pieces of a Toblerone!

I wonder exactly how in the world they managed to form themselves into such a precise shape, all the stones I've seen are irregularly shaped, they tend to look like corn kernels or dog food or coffee beans....

THAT is what was bothering me about them.

I knew there was 'something' about them, but I couldn't place it.


Now, as to which I would rather eat?

Pretty sure.......I'd have to go with Toblerone.



Besides just shape, the gall stones also have something else in common with Toblerone.

Both have pyramidal shapes as a result of human intervention.
