i've seen that shape gall stones many times. It's uncommon, but I've seen it on a few different cases.

They actually look like pieces of a Toblerone! I wonder exactly how in the world they managed to form themselves into such a precise shape, all the stones I've seen are irregularly shaped, they tend to look like corn kernels or dog food or coffee beans.... |

THAT is what was bothering me about them. I knew there was 'something' about them, but I couldn't place it. Now, as to which I would rather eat? Pretty sure.......I'd have to go with Toblerone. Besides just shape, the gall stones also have something else in common with Toblerone. Both have pyramidal shapes as a result of human intervention. Sorry. Couldn't help myself.
