We can't keep everyone happy. I just wish some of you could have a better perspective on life, and I wish that you led lives as fulfilling as my own so you could value the lives of humans.

I do not think we bring it on ourselves. We are all living in a world we don't want to be in. Especially children. I can understand hating people, god knows I despise the shit out of most of them. When I was a child, all I had were my animals. My mom beat me all the time, probably to the point of brain damage. My dad was never there, but his friends were, and they did whatever they wanted. Nobody gave a rats ass. They still don't. But if they had, I and my sister could have been saved from a lot of shit. And I know there are so many other youngins who are hurt, neglected, hungry- all because not one person gives a shit. The lucky ones survive to maybe rise above it, or just deal with the long term effects down the road or their whole life. I really do believe that's why there are so many children shooting up their schools. Theyve been in darkness so long, no one to turn to. They have little to lose. All that shit builds and they just snap.

Same as what I did with the dog. Basically, hit the cat with a dose of butorphanol (can't use morphine on cats, makes them go loopy), get the pain under control and zone it out, then with the cat I'd be inclined just to local anaesthetise and incise the skin to free the bar as it looks quite superficial, then take it back to clinic for stitch-up.

With the dog, I had two volunteers support the weight of the dog after I hit it with morphine, and used a hand-held angle-grinder that was on site to cut under the dog and free the two rebars it had fallen on. Then ambulanced the dog and both rebars to clinic for extraction as those had gone through muscle, not just skin.

All the people saying they should have helped rather then take pics, ever think they didn't know what to do? I know when a person gets impaled you leave the object in and let the doctors remove it. So go "help" it, get torn to shreds and have a dead cat or you could take pics while you wait for someone that knows how to handle the situation and post them on the internet.

Fucking Rambos do more damage then good.
