Nope. Def not scabies. Scabies leaves slight trails in the skin. These are slightly raised parts on the skin that are like mini air pockets. The only reason mine look like trails is because I popped them and bit my skin off, so a few lumped together into a larger hole. If it was scabies, there would have been a tiny black dot at the end of a trail.
