The doctor told me that due to the size, if my cyst had popped before surgery I would have died in 20 minutes. I was happy to have the surgery! And I have about a 6 inch scar under my navel from it. Going into surgery they didn't know where it was attached and if they could drain it. If they had to fully remove it I would have had a scar from my pelvis to my sternum. crazy to think about!

It's interesting. I have a ton, but they've never popped (or maybe just a couple times). I've had kidney stones, so I'm not sure which pain was which. I have a lot of endocrine problems from PCOS.
