The breed did what it's breed for to protect its family mainly the children. Never blame a dog for this. We choose these breeds of dogs which are wonderful protectors.

The dog doesn't know she's a family member, unless she lives with the family. Watch that dog's body language - he approaches the woman along side the child, and is hesitant before he bites her. He's nervous and protecting that child given all of the commotion. This dog has no idea what's going on, and yes - I believe it's wrong for the dog to have bitten someone, but he's doing what instincts tell him to. Humans are the most ignorant fucking things in existence. You'll wipe out a whole species because "Oh, well it's a nuisance," or "It bit someone, kill them all!" If you want to get rid of a dog like this because he's doing what he's supposed to - then kill off every dog, cat, bird. Fuck it - let's bring the 6th extinction in full swing because humans are fucking morons. Owning any dog, especially a strong breed like this, comes with responsibilities. It's like having a child - raise them right and be aware of their capabilities, and you won't have this shit going on. |

Couldn't have said it Better myself I will NEVER trust a pit, out of all the amazing breeds to chose from why would someone chose a bred originally used for dog fighting and bull/bear bating. People who think these dogs are good family pets are complete idiots in denial, sure there are some good pits out there but statistically they are the deadliest bred. The reality is they can turn on a penny like you said, yet people are willing to take that chance because they feel tough if they own a pit hahah idiots  |

I blame this dog entirely. The dog though the kid were attacking her. Same thing could happen if the kids did the same thing to another kid. I would have shot this dog.

I sorry but some of YOU ARE JUST PLAIN IGNORANT I have been a veterinary nurse for almost ten years. I did a PUBLISHED article of dog bites and humans. 98% of the time in dog bites that refer to pit bulls, the breed was misidentified but no one goes into correct it. Canines always give signals!!! ALWAYS!!! Any breed is capable of this if they think they themselves or a member of their family are in danger. People need to wise up and educate themselves and learn to train their canines and know warning signs and also realize the situations they are putting their canines into and MOST OF ALL any dog can react this way they are FUCKING dogs they don't have logic HELLO. Did you know CHIHUAHUAS and DACHSHUNDS are the MOST AGGRESSIVE BREEDS? They are more likely to turn on their own owners or others without provocation. NO I DON'T THINK YOU DID!!! I see more dog bite injuries and other shit from Akitas, German Shepherds and Golden Retrievers than any other large breed INCLUDING PIT BULLS!!! Before you go of spouting your shit do your research people.

Round where I live its always scally mutants who have them urgh....do the world a favour and put down these dogs and their empty-headed owners. Ugly fucking mutts, I would happily shoot one of these fuckers with my crossbow.
