dude...this is a how the fuck did that happen post... really how did this happen a fir tree growing in his lungs. how can a tree grow in his lung? plants need sunlight to grow.. really how the hell can this happen. i mean that might not be a tree it could be thyme ..u know the spice.. i dunno man this has me bewildered.. how can that happen..? i would love to know
