my boyfriend grinds his teeth in his sleep and now our children are starting to do it.  it just ugghhhh drives me nuts to hear it.

I have bruxism, in fact I'll be having my bite realigned soon, and wearing a night guard. My teeth look nothing like that though. If I didn't tell you I had bruxism you wouldn't know  |

my mom is a dental assistant so i showed her this and she says she's seen both top and bottom teeth ground down to the gum. ouch.

I do that in my sleep. Have been wearing a night guard now for 8 years so that my teeth don't end up looking like those.

Agree about teeth problems. My worst nightmare is getting in a car wreck or something and having all my teeth cracked out. Nice pics though, that's brutal. I've heard one guy when I was enlisting in the Navy grind his teeth the night before we went to process....it's loud as hell and is worse (in my opinion) than hearing nails on a chalkboard.
