I went out with this dude once who used to grind his teeth in his sleep...the sound is just aweful, its loud and grating, ugh!! I used to kick him out of bed, I am not listening to that!  |

I am a night grinder, have to wear a special guard at night. It not only causes tooth problems, also jaw joint pain.  |
