I love snakes but hate that one must feed them life rats ad mice as I have had them as pets(rats i mean )
You don't have to feed live. It's extremely frowned upon as its unnecessary pain and stress for the prey, and possible pain and injury for the rep. Most feed frozen/thawed, some feed pre killed. I personally breed my own rodents and cull them before feeding.
