This chest x-ray presents an indistinct lesion in the upper area of right lung, measuring about 10x6 cm, adjacent to the chest wall. Prominent hila and enlarged heart shadow with an increase in left ventricular volume present on the radiograph. CT did not confirm the presence of the tumour.
