most likely a parasitic twin, and instead of going through with giving birth to it and having it suffer through life they chose to abort it? Miscarriage maybe

Actually think it was the best thing for the poor child, I find it very selfish when familys decide to give birth anyways to a child that will be in pain 24/7 with severe medical deformities.
