Re: Parasites Growing on Nasty Teen's Contact Lenses
People are so fucking stupid and nasty! You are told to use distilled water for a reason. It makes me cringe when people lick their lenses and put them back in or run them under a faucet. |

Re: Parasites Growing on Nasty Teen's Contact Lenses
I had a friend who would stick her contacts in her frigging mouth to clean them, even if she had a mouthful of food. |

Re: Parasites Growing on Nasty Teen's Contact Lenses
I had a friend in jr. high who did just that, when she happened to have a tonsil infection. In turn, she got a terrible eye infection in both eyes and was virtually blind for the whole semester. She was very lucky and suffered no long term affects. I would have to wear specs, no way can I stick something in my eye, on purpose, that is. |

Re: Parasites Growing on Nasty Teen's Contact Lenses
I've been wearing contacts for over ten years, only problem I ever had when I slept in them following a party. I ended up with an eye infection that lasted over a week and was agony. Never again. Key is - 1.Don't be a dirty fucker. Wash your hands when touching your eyes or lenses. 2. It doesn't matter how much Jagermeister you've drunk, get your lenses out before sleeping. |

Re: Parasites Growing on Nasty Teen's Contact Lenses
That's what contact lens solution is for. I wear contacts, and have never had an issue with them, because I wash my hands before taking them out, use only contact lens solution and don't sleep in them. |
