She gave birth in 7 minutes? No fucking around. I know some people are in labour for hours and even days!
judging by the shape of the babies head she probably did not record (or edited out) a lot of the pushing

I'm going to hear the curdling scream in my sleep when I crash shortly..lol

Having seen it in person twice... the doctors are pretty brutal... grab the baby by the head and help pull him/her out of there...

All I have to say is...
Babies..easier to put in there than take out...
having delivered hundreds myself (compared to your seeing two) we are far from brutal. i never pull the baby out. the uterus is awesome at its job and i simply stand there with my hands on baby's head and make sure that anterior shoulder comes under the pubic bone....no pulling needed. don't lump all doctors into the "brutal" category

The hours and days you talk about is the wait for the cervix to fully dilate. Pushing out is quicker.
