You know, that actually looks like a horrific fungal infection. It has spread to her vaginal area as well. Possibly a really bad, untreated fungus of some sort.

I had a patient with cervical cancer that spread and basically consumed her entire butt. It wasn’t necrotic but if it had been it would probably look like that. I have never even seen anything similar in medical books or journals. It was out of this world. |
