Pain in the Arse
China I've seen this on various sites over the last day + they all say that she was burnt by a massage chair. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that doesn't look like a burn...

That doesn’t really look like a burn. It looks like shredded, wet newspaper. I’ve never seen a wound like that in all of my years working in the wound care center.

No blood. Isolated/contained perimeter area. I'm thinking an immediate trauma How could she have endured that pain for an extended period of time?
