I have seen some that were a little more severe, to the point of them basically being almost a complete traumatic amputation, put back together. The biggest problem is not really with the bone damage, but with the blood vessels. They can shoot screws and pins with plates to stabilize the bones. I does look like it would have been VERY painful. C.

That leg is totally fucked - I wonder if he had to have it amputated in the end. Doctors can fix those breaks up but the infection rates are high and gangrene can set in. Awesome pic
