Friend of mine had a problem like this - he strained a bollock and got tangled up on itself and he got gangrene because the blood supply was cut off. Had to get it removed, he now has a fake one! Sadly he didn't have the foresight to take pics, was too concerned with the pain. What a wuss!

It is a law that when a friend suffers from something like this that it is your responsibility to take pictures and video of the situation. Then you must mercilessly make fun of them.
