It's a live chupacabra! I've never seen a pic of a live one in captivity! Most are found and photographed dead. But here is a rare photo of a live one on the loose.

Although they look a LOT like a mangey hyena, they aren't even in the canine family--they are more closely related to the mongoose. Plus, hyenas have a short stumpy tail.
