My son has super sensitive skin as well as allergies. I had this looked at by an allergy specialist and it turns out he has a sensitivity to his own body heat. Whenever he gets hot and sweaty his entire body breaks out in these spots. It has helped to switch detergents to ones that are dye and perfume free, and to have him use body wash free of dyes and perfumes as well, but he still breaks out in spots when he gets sweaty, just not as much. Hope this helps!
