I dunno, I always think it's a bit narcisstic to have risky major surgery, which could possibly leave your kids motherless, for the sake of a bit of baggy skin on your stomach. My opinion.

Interesting, but not nessesary. I'm only 5 ft tall and when I got pregnant it was inevitible with my small frame I'd have baggy tummy after gaining 60lbs and delivering a 7lb boy. It went away within a year by eating paleo and using an elliptical. I have no scars and a nice flat belly.
