Re: My Sons Hemangioma * Update

Well, I had two when I was a baby and they went away. In most cases they will go away on their own. But the time it takes varies. Thank you. :]

Re: My Sons Hemangioma * Update

SIZE="3"]My son is now a bit over 3 years old. The hemangioma has decreased in size significantly. It's not as engorged. We talked with a doc about laser surgery but never went through with it. He had a MRI done about 2 years ago to check blood flow to his eye and everything was good. I'm confident that it will be completely gone by the time he is 6 or 7. I have had our second son since this post was originally put up and he has no hemangioma's. Weird genetics, I guess. :P[/SIZE]

That's awesome, it's nice that he didn't have to go through surgery. Thanks for the update!

It had nothing to do with me! Well, aside from hemangiomas being in my genetics. It takes time and patience for them to go away on their own.
