They gave me Oxycodone. Mix that with a little alcohol and weed and the pain wasn't too bad. Got through it. As far as therapy, just flexing it feels like shit and the scar tissue makes it painful to flex. Hopefully it'll get better with time, but we're going on a year and it still feels crappy. :)

I personally never had anything like that, but some guy I knew did have the same injury (by his description) which happened to him when he was training. He said that it actually took about two years until the pain disappeared completely. I guess because its a relatively big muscle it can take a long time for things to heal internally. Hope it eventually goes away for you too. |

UPDATE: More than a year and a half later, and it still feels like shit and gets phantom pains in it every once in a while. Life is good!
